For a tool issue, include the calculator name, the values you entered, the result you expected, and the result you saw. That gives us enough to reproduce the maths. Please do not attach an offer letter, payslip, employee ID, phone number, or any other private employment document.

What we can help with

We can check whether a HikeBoard formula is running as described, fix a broken page, and review clear factual corrections. We cannot interpret your employment contract, settle an HR disagreement, give labour-law advice, or recommend whether you should resign or accept an offer.
